Nishant Sood

Nishant Sood is currently the Managing Director at candi, a rooftop solar installer, financier, and operator for SMEs across Asia and Africa. Prior to this role, Nishant served as the CEO/Director at Speedcut Tools, a manufacturer and seller of precision cutting tools. Nishant also has previous experience at companies such as Morgan Stanley and Edelweiss Capital in roles related to credit strategy, equity research, and intellectual property asset management. Nishant holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.Tech in Industrial and Production Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
