Bethany Hale

Bethany Hale, MBA, serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Candid Health since April 2025 and is the Founder of All Hale Marketing since May 2022. Previously, Bethany held the Chief Marketing Officer role at Trullion from December 2023 to April 2025 and at Newfront from August 2022 to December 2023, where significant contributions included brand building and demand generation in the insurance industry. Prior experience also includes Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Marketing roles at Cedar, where efforts centered on enhancing patient financial experiences, and various marketing and strategy positions at IBM, American Express, and BearingPoint, leading transformational projects and optimizing marketing strategies across diverse sectors. Bethany holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Journalism from Michigan State University, complemented by a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
