Hank Jaensch

Hank Jaensch has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent position being a Software Engineer at Candid Health since February 2023. Prior to that, they volunteered as a Software Engineer at Wildfires.org starting in March 2022. From July 2020 to February 2023, they worked as a Software Engineer at Waybridge, where they collaborated with a team of engineers to develop a trading platform. As part of their role, they created software design documents, implemented observability measures, scaled the Django ORM layer, and set up GraphQL endpoints. Hank also worked directly with customers and the product team to onboard the first 20 customers.

Hank's earlier experiences include working as an Engineering Intern at Xandr in 2019 and as a Learning Assistant and Undergraduate Researcher at The George Washington University - School of Engineering & Applied Science in 2018.
