Sara Vošinek Gašpar

Sara Vošinek Gašpar currently serves as the Tech Talent Acquisition Lead at Synthesia, focusing on full-cycle recruiting, mentorship, and critical talent acquisition projects since January 2022. Previously, as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Synthesia, Sara managed a team of six and achieved over 240 hires in one year. Sara's extensive recruitment experience began as the first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire at Synthesia, where major achievements included scaling the engineering team from 8 to 40 members. Additional roles include advising for candidate.fyi and prior technical recruitment positions at ITClass and Mugen.si, coupled with office and HR management experience at BorderGuru and Vipta d.o.o. Sara holds a Master's degree in Advanced European and International Studies and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs.
