Ericka Hamm

Ericka Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ericka currently works as a Client Director at Candidate Labs since 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager, Search, and Manager, Talent Strategy at Hunt Club from 2019 to 2021, where they were responsible for talent acquisition and strategy. Ericka also worked as a Senior Associate, Talent Strategy at the same company from 2019 to 2020, focusing on candidate engagement and relationship building.
