Currently serving as the Direct Sourcing Program Manager UK & EU at Tundra Technical Solutions, Jon specializes in developing and delivering top-notch Direct Sourcing programs for global partners. As the Co-Founder of CandidateX, Jon has spearheaded efforts to reduce hiring bias and provide opportunities for underestimated talent through innovative AI and e-Learning methods. Prior to these roles, Jon co-founded LWL Partners, scaling the company to an award-winning team across multiple offices, and also served as a Senior Lead at Aston Carter, where Jon successfully built and managed a new business division with impressive results.
