Bele Schütt

Bele Schütt has extensive work experience starting in 2011 as an Intern & Student Assistant at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH. They then worked as an Intern in Customer Marketing at Diageo in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, they served as an Intern in Operations Management at foodora. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Russell Reynolds Associates. Bele Schütt's most recent work experience is at Candis, where they held various roles including Internal Business Developer - People Operations, People Operations Manager, Team Lead People & Culture, and currently, they are the Head of People & Culture.

Bele Schütt pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Brand Management from Brand University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2015. Afterwards, from 2015 to 2018, they obtained a Master of Arts in Psychology & Management from the International School of Management, Germany. In 2016 to 2017, Bele Schütt pursued a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from Edinburgh Napier University. Most recently, in 2021, Bele Schütt completed a certification as a Certified Business Trainer from TAM Akademie GmbH.
