Rebecca is a Law graduate who has spent over two decades helping both commercial and not-for-profit organizations to establish, embed, and leads their talent acquisition strategy. She strongly believes people are at the heart of any organization and is a huge advocate of effective workforce planning to ensure the right talent and skills are in place and at the right time.

She partially enjoys operating at a global level and is passionate about sourcing the very best talent to enable CBI to drive its mission.
