Loy Cowart has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Loy started as a physician at Georgia Correctional Healthcare Corp in 1995 and later became the President of their own medical practice, Loy D Cowart III MD PC, in 1995. Loy also served as a Medical Director at Evans Family Centered Healthcare, where they implemented a quality improvement project.
