Jessica Capriglione

Jessica Capriglione is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lifecycle marketing and campaign management. Currently serving as the Sr. CRM Marketing Manager at CandleScience since September 2023, Jessica oversees the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at customer acquisition and retention. Prior experience includes roles at Tinuiti as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist & Project Manager, where Jessica managed email marketing campaigns for major retail brands, and as Co-Owner and Director of Marketing at Arrichion, where brand awareness and lead generation were primary focuses. Jessica also held a position as Internal Recruitment Manager at Teach For America, recruiting promising leaders for educational equity efforts, and worked as a Strategic Advisor at iContact, optimizing email marketing for numerous clients. Jessica holds a B.S. in Hospitality Management with a Business Minor from Auburn University and an Advanced Diploma from Scottsboro High School.
