Lena Prokudina has extensive work experience in various roles. Lena began their career at FLS International as a Business Development Assistant in February 2013, where they worked until January 2014. Lena then joined Commonwealth Financial Group as an Associate from January 2014 to September 2014. Lena then worked as an ESL Teacher at Rennert International from January 2015 to April 2017. Following this, they joined Uber as a Community Operations Specialist in April 2017 and held the role until August 2020. Currently, Lena is working at Candoo Tech as the Director of Customer Support and Head of Data Analytics, starting from August 2020.

Lena Prokudina's education history begins in 2005, when they enrolled in Ural State University named after A.M.Gorky. Lena completed their studies there in 2010, earning a Specialist degree in Global Economics.

In 2011, Lena pursued further education at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program from 2011 to 2013.

Afterward, they attended Boston University in 2013 to further enhance their knowledge in financial planning through the Financial Planning Program (CFP) for a year, concluding in 2014.

Throughout their academic journey, Lena also engaged in professional development by obtaining various certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Developing Your Leadership Philosophy" course through LinkedIn. In 2019, they acquired certifications in "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Excel 2019 Essential Training," and "SQL Essential Training" from LinkedIn as well. Moreover, they achieved certifications in "Leadership Foundations" and "Learning Data Analytics" from LinkedIn in 2020.
