Candour Communications is a bespoke employee communications agency, providing specialist services - including internal comms strategy, content creation, and reporting - to businesses who want to connect with their people through authentic, sincere, meaningful communications.

At Candour, we believe the way you speak to your people shapes the way they show up. In a noisy, busy world, internal communication isn’t a nice-to-have—it’s the heartbeat of a thriving business. When your people feel informed, heard, and inspired, they do their best work. When they don’t, everything slows down.

We started Candour because so many organisations are either drowning in complexity or skimming the surface with generic messaging. We know there’s a better way—something more human, more honest, and far more effective.

With deep roots in marketing, communications, and business strategy, our team brings decades of experience—and a shared belief in the power of clear, purposeful communication. We help companies across South Africa and the continent put their people back at the heart of the conversation. Whether you’re a growing business just getting started with internal comms, or a large organisation navigating change, we’re here to help you connect with your people in a way that matters.
