Haniel Liebi

Haniel Liebi is currently the Deputy Head of F&B Controlling at Candrian, a role they have held since July 2024. After completing their apprenticeship as a restaurateur, Haniel began their career at Hotel Barracuda and progressed to Chef de Service at TRINAMO AG. They earned their diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Belvoirpark Hotelfachschule Zürich in 2021 and continue their education with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz. Prior to their current position, Haniel gained valuable experience in various roles throughout the gastronomy sector, including stints in F&B administration and service.
