Jenny Zhao has extensive work experience in the healthcare field. Jenny started their career as a Registered Nurse at St. Michael's Hospital in 2012. Jenny then joined Saint Elizabeth Health Care as a Visiting R.N. where they provided nursing care to patients in their homes. Jenny had experience caring for patients with various diagnoses, such as cancer, infections, complex wound care, ALS, ESRD, palliative care, and pain management. Jenny currently holds the position of Clinical Director at CANES Community Care since 2022.
Jenny Zhao completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2009. Jenny then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from York University between 2009 and 2011. Most recently, Jenny obtained a Master of Nursing: Nurse Practitioner degree with a focus on Primary Health Care from Athabasca University, which they completed from 2018 to 2021.
