Joanne Campbell

Joanne Campbell has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Chair of the Governance and Human Resources Committee and Board Member at CANES Community Care since February 2019. Prior to this role, Joanne held various senior positions at Apotex Inc. from January 2002 to June 2023, including Senior Vice President and CHRO, where responsibilities encompassed developing integrated talent management strategies and overseeing performance management and leadership development initiatives. Additional roles at Apotex included Vice President of Global Talent Management and Director of Talent & Organizational Capability. Joanne's career began at Ontario Sport and Recreation Centre as an HR Coordinator, followed by positions at Aon Consulting and TorPharm. Joanne holds a BBA in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
