Brendon Palmer

Brendon Palmer is an accomplished professional in the pulp and paper industry with extensive experience in technical marketing and product optimization. As the Director of Technical Marketing and Product Optimization at Canfor since January 2017, Brendon leads the development and delivery of Technical Marketing Services, leveraging a strong technical understanding of specialty pulp and paper applications to engage with global customers. Previously, at Sappi from September 2005 to January 2017, Brendon held several key roles, including Technical Marketing Director and Fibre Processing Manager, overseeing research and improvement initiatives in fibre processing. Brendon's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Bachelor of Technology in Pulp and Paper from Durban University of Technology, and a Diploma in Analytical Chemistry also from Durban University of Technology.
