Simon Pow

Simon Pow is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various sectors, including pulp and paper operations, healthcare, and retail. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner at Canfor since January 2017, Simon previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager for corporate functions and human resource activities across multiple sites. Additionally, Simon has experience as a Human Resources Advisor at Northern Health and as a Manager for the 2015 Canada Winter Games, overseeing human resources for a major sporting event. Previous positions include HR management at Allnorth Consultants Limited, Wal-Mart, and The Home Depot. Simon holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Canberra and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and General Business from the University of Northern British Columbia.
