Charles Phelps has been working in audio and video engineering since September 2015. Charles began their career as a crew member and soon became a team leader. In September 2012, they started working as a wireman and soon became proficient in wiring, PCBs, and assembly. In August 2012, they started working as a rigger and soon became a general laborer. In April 2010, they started working as a telephone researcher and soon became market research data input.

Charles Phelps received a Bachelor of Science in sound and video technology from Salford University in the United Kingdom.
