Jason Kearns has a strong background in sales performance management and compensation. Jason started their career as an independent consultant, where they worked as a Compensation Consultant from 2000 to 2005. Jason then joined Cox Communications as a Compensation Manager from 2005 to 2006. After that, they worked at Compensation Technologies as a Solutions Architect from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Callidus Software as a Sr. Solutions Architect for 11 months before moving to Canidium, where they have been serving as the Senior Vice President of Technical Services since November 2008. In this role, they participate in all aspects of the business and focuses on assisting clients with Sales Performance Management operational initiatives and cultivating successful technology partnerships.
