Kristen Dambrowski

Kristen Dambrowski, MNA, is an accomplished nonprofit executive with extensive experience in development, communications, and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Executive Director at Canine Companions® since July 2022, Kristen previously held the position of Sr. Director of Development & Communications at Bridge the Gap College Prep, where notable achievements included exceeding a $2M fundraising goal for the first time in the organization's history. With over 21 years at YMCA of San Francisco, Kristen advanced through multiple leadership roles, effectively managing budgets up to $9.2 million, enhancing program participation, and fostering community engagement. Kristen's educational background includes a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Development from UC San Diego.
