Jerrell Lanos is an experienced customer service and events professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Medco Sports Medicine since July 2018, Jerrell also holds positions as a Banquet Server at Pearl Street Brewery and a New Student Orientation Leader at Canisius College, where responsibilities include supporting new students during orientation.
