Shawn Ham

Shawn Ham has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Shawn most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Canlak Coatings, where they were responsible for the Finance, IT, and HR functions. Prior to that, Shawn held the same position at NuCera Solutions, overseeing the Finance and IT departments during a successful carve-out and transition process.

From 2015 to 2020, Shawn worked at KMG Chemicals, initially as the Director of Accounting and later as the Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, they managed SEC reporting, internal controls, and global accounting and tax functions.

Prior to their time at KMG, Shawn worked at Lhoist North America as the Director of Finance. Shawn led a team of finance and accounting professionals and was responsible for financial controls, planning and analysis, and reporting to the management team.

Shawn's career began at Bell Helicopter, where they served as the Supervisor of Cost Accounting & Consolidations. Before that, they worked at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts as a Sales & Use Tax Auditor, performing compliance audits for various companies.

Shawn Ham obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from West Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1991.
