Chad M.

Chad M. has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and IT industry. Chad began their career in 1999 at RBC Royal Bank as a Technical Support Analyst and later transitioned to a Financial Information Systems Analyst role. In 2007, they joined RBC Insurance as a Technical Systems Analyst and remained there until 2011. Chad then worked at IMAX from 2011 to 2021, starting as a Team Lead/Sr. Systems Engineer and progressing to Manager and eventually Director of Global IT Infrastructure. From 2010 to 2021, they also served as an Advisor at IT365. Most recently, Chad held the position of Director of Global IT Services & GRC at FreshBooks from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are Vice President of Technology at Canlan Sports, responsible for overseeing technology operations in the largest private owner and operator of recreational sports complexes in North America.
