Jay Young

Jay Young has extensive experience in recreation and facility management, currently serving as the Manager of Recreation Services and Facilities at the City of New Westminster since September 2007, after previously holding the position of Recreation Programmer at Century House. In addition, Jay Young works as an Ice Facility Operator at Canlan Sports since August 2023. Jay Young's prior roles include Executive Director at Green Bay Bible Camp from 2004 to 2007, Youth Services Coordinator at the City of New Westminster from 2003 to 2004, and Program Director at Keats Camps from 1998 to 2002. Jay Young holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from Capilano University, completed in 2003, and attended the University of Northern British Columbia from 1995 to 1996.
