Jeff Cao

Jeff Cao has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University. Jeff has worked as a Software Advisor at Ryerson University, IT Technical Support at the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, and currently serves as the IT Manager at Canlan Sports. In their role, Jeff researches, evaluates, and leads the implementation of various technologies and solutions, including Dell EqualLogic/EMC SAN, virtualization using VMware, disaster recovery solutions, VOIP contact center systems, and network security solutions. Additionally, as a Network Administrator, Jeff maintains in-house systems, ensures core network services are operational, provides user support, and conducts IT audits to ensure compliance and provide improvement recommendations.
