Kevin Ball

Director Of North American Sales And Customer Contact Centre at Canlan Sports

Kevin Ball has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Kevin started their career in 1979 with Keg Restaurants as a General Manager, where they worked until 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they served as the Vice-President of Operations at Pretzel Time of Canada. Kevin then became the General Manager at Del Dente Restaurant from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, they joined Staples Business Depot as a Service Manager and later moved to Staples Business Delivery in 1998 as a Team Manager.

In 2004, Kevin joined Staples Corporate Advantage as a Regional Sales Manager, Inside Accounts, and played a crucial role in developing and launching Staples Corporate Advantage. Kevin also established and managed the Inside Account Management role and successfully grew the business. In 2007, they became the National Leasing Manager at TransGlobe Property Management Services, where they trained and motivated a team of 60 professionals and ensured the attainment of company goals.

From 2010 to 2011, Kevin served as an Inside Sales and Operations Manager at Radiant Communications, where they developed an Inside Sales organization and provided sales operations support. Finally, since 2011, they have been working in Canlan Sports as the Director of North American Sales and Customer Contact Centre.

Kevin Ball attended Sheridan College School from 1982 to 1983, where they pursued a degree in Applied Arts and Technology. Prior to this, they completed their diploma at Central Peel Secondary School from 1978 to 1982, following the OSSGD curriculum. In 1980, Kevin also had a brief term at Sheridan College, focusing on hospitality studies.
