Greg Gundesen

Greg Gundesen, P.Eng., currently serves as Asset Team Lead - Central & East at Canlin Energy Corporation, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Greg worked as a Senior Evaluations Engineer at McDaniel for a six-month contract in early 2022. From January 2014 to November 2019, Greg was employed by PETRONAS Canada, where responsibilities included leading the development of the company's long-term business plan and managing reserves evaluations, resulting in the booking of over 52 Tcf of reserves and resources. Additional experience includes roles as a Contract Development Engineer at Tamarack Valley Energy and various engineering positions at Encana Corporation, where significant contributions were made in production optimization, drilling, and reservoir engineering. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary, completed in 2009.
