Jerome Hanley

Jerome Hanley, Esq. is currently serving as Associate Enforcement Counsel at the Cannabis Control Commission since July 2023, where responsibilities include drafting counsel and advice memorandums and analyzing requests from applicants and licensees. Previously, Jerome held the positions of Chief Security Officer/Chief Legal Officer at Major Bloom, where commercial contracts and intellectual property matters were managed from October 2019 to July 2023, and Interim Attorney at The TJX Companies, Inc. Jerome's experience also includes roles as Associate Attorney at Shapiro Law Group, focusing on labor and employment law, and Law Clerk at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, where research on legal issues was conducted. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Science from UMass Boston.
