Paul Clark

Paul Clark currently serves as the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at the Cannabis Control Commission, a role held since June 2021. In addition to this position, Paul is the President and Co-Founder of Transition Connections, Inc., which specializes in senior move and transition services since September 2012. Paul's extensive experience includes serving as an IT Consultant for FerruMax Pharmaceuticals, focusing on IT strategy and Virtual Data Room management for clinical trials, and previous leadership roles such as Chief Information & Technology Officer at WorldCare International, where Paul oversaw compliance and technology initiatives. Paul has held various IT leadership positions across numerous companies, including TSI Associates, Winbrook, Bizland, and Dove Consulting, where Paul has consistently driven digital transformation and improved operational efficiencies. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Meteorology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
