Timothy Goodin

Timothy Goodin has extensive experience in legal and governmental roles, currently serving as Enforcement Counsel at the Cannabis Control Commission since November 2021, with previous roles including Interim Enforcement Counsel and Associate Enforcement Counsel. Prior to this, Timothy served as Assistant Counsel for the Massachusetts House of Representatives and held positions as Associate Attorney at D'Ambrosio Brown LLP, and Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Michael A. Silverstein at the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Additional experience includes Chief of Staff for Boston City Councilor Mark Ciommo, Compliance Director at The Novus Group, and various legal internships with prominent organizations such as the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office and the United States District Court. Timothy earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
