Nancy Francis

Nancy Francis is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at Cannabis NB since October 2021, Nancy previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Casino New Brunswick and held leadership roles at Kent Homes and Cabela's Canada, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Entrepreneurial experience includes managing La Belle Femme Intimates, a boutique, while earlier work involved consulting at Optimum Talent and HR management at Wyndham Worldwide and Eddie Bauer. Nancy's foundational experience includes roles at the Saint John YM and the Self-Sufficiency Project, complemented by formal education in Human Services Counselling from NB Community College and studies at St. Thomas University.
