Mark Vendetti

Mark Vendetti has a strong and extensive work experience in finance and executive roles. Mark is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at CANNDESCENT since May 2019. Prior to this, they held the role of SVP Finance, Transformation Office at Mattel, Inc. where they successfully led company restructuring efforts resulting in significant profit improvement. Mark also served as the CFO at Performance Sports Group Ltd. and Francesca's Holdings, where they were responsible for managing finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations, and external reporting. Before that, they held the position of VP of Finance, CFO of Direct-to-Consumer at Abercrombie & Fitch and served on the DTC leadership team. Mark also worked at XM Satellite Radio as the SVP of Corporate Finance, overseeing the company's financial operations. Additionally, they had senior finance executive roles at Sears and Procter & Gamble, where they demonstrated strong financial leadership and achieved notable results. Mark Vendetti's career began at General Electric, where they started as a participant in the Financial Management Program.

Mark Vendetti obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Amherst College between 1979 and 1983. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harvard Business School from 1987 to 1989.
