Charles Pyfrom, MBA, has held various leadership positions in the insurance industry. Charles started their career at Thrivent Financial as a Financial Associate/Analyst, where they analyzed financial investments and developed relationships with clients. Charles then joined Farmers Insurance as a Senior Claims Analyst and later as an Underwriting Project Manager, where they implemented cost-saving projects and researched underwriting processes for new markets. Charles then moved to Knight Insurance Group, where they served as a Program Manager and Senior Program Manager, overseeing commercial packages and managing a claims platform implementation. Most recently, they joined CannGen Insurance Services as the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for strategic marketing initiatives.

Charles Pyfrom, MBA completed their Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 2010 to 2012. Prior to their MBA, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California Lutheran University, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Charles Pyfrom, MBA also holds a P&C License Broker/Agent certification from the California Department of Insurance, obtained in 2017.
