John Golden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. John started their career as a Maintenance and Calibration Specialist at POLARIS Laboratories in 2004, where they played a key role in ensuring ISO-17025 compliance, performed preventative maintenance and calibration, and received an award for exceptional initiative. In 2008, they joined SPECTRO Analytical Instruments GmbH as a Field Service Engineer, where they developed expertise in multiple product lines and built strong customer relationships. John then returned to POLARIS Laboratories in 2012 as a Global Maintenance Program Manager, implementing a new CMMS system and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance practices. Finally, in 2015, they joined CANNON Instrument Company as a Field Service Engineer.
