Robert Boone

Robert Boone has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robert worked as an Embedded Firmware Engineer II at CANNON Instrument Company from October 2019 to the present, where they focused on ARM microcontroller coding projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Forum Administrator/Moderator at tvmediashare.com starting in April 2012. Robert was responsible for configuring and testing the forum as well as ensuring a smooth user experience free of spam. From January 2017 to January 2019, Robert served as a Software Engineer II at Forcepoint, where they contributed to software quality through code development, reviewing and fixing flaws, and creating regression test scripts. Robert also worked as a Software Engineer II at VT iDirect from March 2015 to September 2015, where they developed BIST code and resolved Linux kernel issues. In addition, Robert engaged in independent studies from May 2008 to April 2012 to expand their skills in Windows security software and Python language, among other areas. Robert has also held various other roles throughout their career, including Member of Technical Staff 3 - Software at NetApp, Senior Programmer at INRange Systems, Inc., and Software Engineer II at RTD Embedded Technologies. Robert's experience includes developing device drivers, improving software usability, and meeting delivery deadlines. Robert Boone attended Penn State University from 1994 to 1994, but their degree and field of study from this period are unknown. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued their Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. Robert also attended Florida Atlantic University from 1995 to 1996, but their degree and field of study during this time are also unknown. Prior to these experiences, Boone pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Penn State University from 1983 to 1987.
