Lisa Herman, CPSM has over 30 years of work experience in marketing and business development. Lisa began their career in 1985 at Holmes & Narver, Inc. as a Senior Business Development Coordinator, where they worked for 15 years. In 2000, they joined Diaz Yourman & Associates as a Marketing Manager before moving on to Cumming, LLC in 2001, where they held the same position. In these roles, Lisa was responsible for developing and coordinating all marketing materials and assisting in client acquisition and retention. Lisa continued their marketing career at Saddleback Valley Unified School District as a Senior Instructional Assistant and at Dahlin Group Architecture Planning as an Administrative Manager/Marketing. In 2016, Lisa became a Marketing Manager at both PENCO Engineering Inc. and Cannon. Lisa has a proven track record in creating qualification documents, proposals, and presentations, as well as maintaining project and client databases.

Lisa Herman, CPSM, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they pursued International Economics at UC Santa Barbara from 1983 to 1987, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree in this field. Lisa's education history also includes their attendance at Foothill High School, although no specific dates or degrees were provided for this period.

Furthermore, Lisa obtained certification as a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) from SMPS—Society for Marketing Professional Services in September 2021.
