Mike Kielborn, P.E. has over 19 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Mike has served in various roles including Sr. Principal Engineer at Cannon, where they supported and managed projects for water and wastewater clients in Central and Southern California. Prior to that, they worked as Sr. Project Engineer/Vice President at Brockmeier Consulting Engineers, Inc, where they were responsible for planning and managing water and wastewater projects for private developers and public agencies in California. Mike also worked as a Field Engineer/Area Superintendent at Kiewit Pacific, where they were involved in the construction of filtration modules and treated water storage reservoirs, as well as the management of a fiber optic network project. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in project planning, team management, cost analysis, and new business development.

Mike Kielborn, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Loyola Marymount University in the years 1995 to 1999. In the year 2000, they pursued Continuing Education in Horizontal Directional Drilling at Missouri Western State University. Mike has also acquired additional certifications such as PACP, MACP, and LACP from NASSCO, Inc. in August 2015, LEED AP from the GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATION INSTITUTE in March 2009, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license from the State of California in June 2006. Additionally, Mike obtained a certification as an HDD Drilling Inspector from Missouri Western State University in December 2000.
