Sam Jacoby, P.E., QSD has over 25 years of professional work experience. Sam is currently working as a Principal Civil Engineer at Cannon since July 2020. Prior to this, they worked at raSmith as a Senior Project Engineer from January 2014 to July 2020.

From 2010 to 2012, Sam worked at Stormwater Solutions Engineering as a Project Engineer. Sam'sresponsibilities included designing water quality BMPs for stormwater along freeway corridors and analyzing the hydraulics of dam failure scenarios. Sam also conducted technical report writing, plan preparation, and feasibility studies.

Sam Jacoby, P.E., QSD pursued their education in a sequential manner, starting with their enrollment at the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan in 2000 and graduating with an undeclared major in 2001. Subsequently, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2001 to 2004, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. In 2010, Sam Jacoby enrolled in Norwich University, where they obtained their Master of Civil Engineering degree in 2011. Continuing their educational journey, they attended Arizona State University from 2012 to 2013, where they pursued coursework towards their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
