Alexandra Shinewald

Alexandra Shinewald, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in higher education and design leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at CannonDesign since January 2021, Alexandra has previously held key positions at Harley Ellis Devereaux (HED) as Associate Principal and Higher Education Studio Leader, and at Lothan Van Hook DeStefano Architecture as Principal. With a foundational career at DeStefano and Partners as Senior Associate, Alexandra's educational background includes a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Manitoba.
