David Bibbs

David Bibbs serves as Senior Vice President at Cannon Design since October 2009, bringing extensive experience in structural engineering and project management. Prior to this role, David worked at OWP/P Inc., starting as a Senior Structural Engineer and advancing to Principal from August 1992 to September 2009. Earlier in David's career, project management expertise was gained at PDM Inc. from April 1990 to June 1992, focusing on the fabrication and erection of structural steel for high-rise buildings. David's foundational experience includes working as a structural engineer at Sargent & Lundy from February 1983 to April 1990, dedicated to the design of nuclear power plants. Academically, David holds an MBA in management systems from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BSCE in structural engineering from the University of Iowa.
