Harold Vance

Harold Vance has a diverse work experience in the engineering and project management field. Harold started their career in 1984 as a Civil Engineer Designer at ESCO and then worked at Psomas as a Civil Engineer Designer from 1987 to 1991. Harold then joined KPFF Consulting Engineers as an Engineer in 1994 and worked there for a year. In 1997, they joined Crosby Mead Benton as a Project Manager, and later moved to Arrow Engineers as a Project Engineer in 1991. In 1999, they became a Consultant at Amgen and worked there until 2009. In 2000, they worked as a Project Engineer at Keith Companies for a year. Harold then joined STANTEC CONSULTING, INC in 1997 as a Project Manager and held that position until 2011. Currently, they are working at Cannon as a Senior Project Manager.

Harold Vance attended Loyola Marymount University from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
