Rob has an incredible ability to decipher a client’s complex needs and translate them into cohesive, tangible and enduring solutions. He specializes in bringing multidisciplinary teams of engineers, architects and other specialty services together to solve some of the most pressing challenges organizations are facing today. Rob is constantly thinking about what the future of engineering looks like—from equity and inclusion to technology and sustainability—and often speaks and writes about these topics within the industry.
