Alvaro S Lopez Vaca

Alvaro S Lopez Vaca has a diverse range of work experience in the medical field. Alvaro S began their career as an Internship Trainee at Hospital General Docente de Calderon, where they gained exposure to various medical specialties and departments. After completing their internship, they worked as a Rural Health Physician for the Ministry of Public Health of Ecuador, providing primary care and emergency medical services to patients in rural communities. Alvaro S then joined Clinica Cotocollao as a Resident Doctor, where they assessed and treated patients in the emergency department. Alvaro later worked as an Attending Physician at Ambulancias SAME, responding to medical emergencies and providing care in patients' homes. Alvaro S also served as an Occupational Health Physician at Lavca, conducting health assessments, identifying workplace hazards, and implementing health surveillance programs. Currently, they are employed as a Medical Assistant at Cano Health, where they verify patient information and assists in preparing patients for examinations. Alvaro's work experience demonstrates their competence in various medical settings and their dedication to providing quality healthcare.

Alvaro S Lopez Vaca completed their education at the Universidad Central del Ecuador from 2011 to 2018, where they obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with a specialization in Medicine. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2023, they became a Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through the Healthcare Professionals Registry of the United States. In 2022, they completed the "English for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) MOOC" course offered by Badgr (now part of Instructure). Alvaro S also completed the "Fundamentos de la gestión del tiempo" course on time management through LinkedIn in 2020.
