Keila Mendoza

Keila Mendoza has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Keila started their career at Baptist Health South Florida as a Clinical Partner from March 2012 to July 2014. Keila then joined Optima Medical Center as a Clinical Operations Manager from February 2015 to August 2019. After that, they joined Cano Health, where they held the role of Regional Director of Operations from September 2019 to April 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Cano Health.

Keila Mendoza has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami Dade College. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified EKG Technician (CET) from Miami Dade College, and as a Phlebotomist from Hillsborough Community College.
