Alison Kubinski

Alison Kubinski has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Alison currently serves as the VP of Finance at CANOA since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Away from 2018 to 2022, first as the Senior Director of Finance Transformation and then as the Controller.

In 2018, Alison was a Controller at Heat Makes Sense, Inc. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of Business Management Advisory at Fast Retailing from 2017 to 2018.

Beginning in 2015, Alison held various roles at Le Labo Fragrances, including Director of Global Accounting Operations and Integration Lead, and Director of Global Finance Lead.

From 2012 to 2015, Alison worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. where they held positions as Manager of Internal Control and Senior Analyst of Internal Control.

Alison began their career at Ernst & Young in 2008, where they served as a Senior and Staff Assurance Professional until 2012.

Prior to their professional career, Alison was a Co-leader of the Orientation Student Program at the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2007.

Alison Kubinski completed their undergraduate education from 2004 to 2008. Alison attended the University of Rhode Island where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the College of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature. Alison also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, obtained through the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
