Paul Smulders

Paul Smulders possesses extensive experience in technical support and service desk roles, currently serving as a Medewerker servicedesk at Canon Business Center Nederland since February 2023, providing telephone assistance for customer issues. Previously, Paul contributed to Inforing BV by establishing and staffing a support desk while collaborating closely with account managers and programmers. Additional roles include Medewerker helpdesk at Martens Kasregisters, where support was provided for payment systems, and various positions at Vecozo, focusing on support for care providers and quality assurance tasks. Paul began a career in support work at DataByte, handling first-line support for system management. Paul holds an MBO degree in IT-Media production from Grafisch Lyceum Eindhoven and completed MAVO at Prisma College.
