Gagan Kaila

Gagan Kaila started working as a Technical Network Specialist at vCustomer International Pvt. Ltd. in December 2006. In June 2007, they moved on to become a Sr. Network Analyst at Patni Computer System. From January 2009 to October 2014, they worked as an IT System Engineer at HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division). In January 2015, they joined Harbour IT as an Infrastructure Support Engineer. In October 2020, they joined Canon Australia, where they have held roles as a Citrix Engineer and Senior Citrix Infrastructure Support Engineer.

Gagan Kaila's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi University. Gagan also holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) degree in IT from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

In addition to their formal education, Gagan has obtained several certifications. These include the Citrix Certified Administrator for Citrix NetScaler 12 from Citrix, obtained in October 2020, Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions 70-533 from Microsoft, obtained in November 2018, CCA (Citrix Certified Associate) from Citrix, obtained in November 2016, ITIL Certification obtained from ITIL Certified in September 2014, VCP (VMware Certified Professional) obtained from VMware in December 2013, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) obtained from Microsoft in June 2010, CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) obtained from Cisco in June 2005, and MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) obtained from Microsoft in January 2005. Additionally, Gagan obtained the Citrix Certified Associate - Networking (CCA - N) certification from Citrix in October 2020.
