Zaldy Rivera

Zaldy Rivera has a diverse work experience in various companies. Zaldy began their career in 2003 at the Bureau of Internal Revenue as a Computer Operator I. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining the company's network facilities, troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, scanners, and printers, as well as software installation and support. Zaldy worked there until 2006.

After that, Zaldy joined Speedscan New Zealand as an Indexer. Their responsibilities included compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before it was entered, ensuring the Daily Service Agreement (SLA) was met, and staying updated on indexing processes. Zaldy worked there until 2008.

In 2008, Zaldy joined Converga as an Operations Support Engineer. Here, they provided exceptional product and application support for external clients and internal users. Their duties included supporting and installing applications for system production and test, deploying windows applications/services and websites, and running database scripts based on approved change requests. Zaldy held this role until June 2019.

In June 2019, Zaldy became a Software Systems Analyst at Converga. Unfortunately, no end date is provided for this role.

Zaldy Rivera obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Wesleyan University - Philippines, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. Additionally, they attended the AMES I.T. Academy from 2007 to 2008 and earned a Certificate in Computer Support, specializing in A+ and Network+.
