Amanda Renth

Amanda Renth currently serves as Director of Federal Government Business and Operations at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc. Since February 2021, Amanda has leveraged extensive experience in biomedical engineering and project management. Previously, at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs from October 2015 to February 2021, Amanda held various roles, including Major Projects Liaison, where responsibilities included leading project management and engineering practices for the activation of multiple healthcare facilities. With a background as Chief Biomedical Engineer and Major Projects Biomedical Engineer, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in capital asset planning and management of complex healthcare systems. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Wenneman Meat Company, Inc. and as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Kansas. Amanda earned a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
