Dirk Fletcher

Dirk Fletcher serves as a Senior Technical Specialist at Canon USA since April 2016, with previous roles including Canon Engineering and Training Representative and Professional Market Representative. In addition, Dirk has been an Advisory Board Member at Freestyle Photographic Supplies since May 2014, collaborating with prominent photographers. Prior experience includes serving as Department Chairman for Digital Photography Programs at Harrington College of Design from 2004 to 2016, where Dirk developed curricula and maintained accreditations. Furthermore, Dirk was the President of the Board of Directors for the Filter Photo Festival from 2013 to 2016, focusing on the promotion of photography. Earlier in the career, Dirk worked as a Staff Photographer for the Museum of Science and Industry from 1999 to 2004. Educational qualifications include an MFA in Independent Filmmaking/Digital Imaging from Governors State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Photography from Brooks Institute.
